1. App thu thập gì · What we collect

• Khi đăng nhập bằng Google: email, tên và ảnh đại diện của tài khoản Google. App không nhận và không lưu mật khẩu của bạn.
• Khi học: kết quả luyện tập (câu đã làm, điểm, thời gian trả lời, câu trả lời đã gõ hoặc đã đọc, bài thi, trò chơi) để hiện tiến độ và câu cần ôn.
• Cookie đăng nhập: một cookie phiên để bạn không phải đăng nhập lại mỗi lần.

Signing in with Google gives us your email, name and profile picture (never your password). We store your practice results to show your progress, and a session cookie to keep you signed in.

2. Dùng để làm gì · How we use it

Chỉ để nhận ra bạn và lưu tiến độ học của riêng bạn. Không quảng cáo, không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba. Mỗi người chỉ xem được dữ liệu của chính mình. App không đăng gì lên tài khoản Google của bạn.

Only to recognise you and keep your own progress. No ads, no selling, no sharing with third parties. Each learner sees only their own data. Nothing is posted to your Google account.

3. Micro và ghi âm · Microphone and recordings

Khi luyện nói, bản ghi âm chỉ nằm trong trình duyệt của bạn, không gửi lên server của app. Việc nhận dạng giọng nói do trình duyệt thực hiện (Chrome / Edge có thể gửi âm thanh tới dịch vụ nhận dạng của Google hoặc Microsoft); app chỉ lưu phần chữ nhận được và điểm.

Speaking recordings stay in your browser and are never uploaded to our server. Speech recognition is done by your browser (Chrome / Edge may send the audio to Google's or Microsoft's recognition service); the app keeps only the recognised text and the score.

4. Lưu ở đâu · Where it is stored

Dữ liệu nằm trên Cloudflare (Pages và cơ sở dữ liệu D1), nơi chạy app. Một số cài đặt nhỏ (giao diện, bài đang học) nằm trong trình duyệt của bạn.

Data is stored on Cloudflare (Pages and its D1 database), which hosts the app. A few small settings (theme, current lesson) stay in your browser.

5. Xoá tài khoản · Deleting your account

Bạn tự xoá tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào, ngay trong app: bấm vào tên của bạn ở cuối thanh bên trái → Xoá tài khoản, rồi gõ lại email để xác nhận. Việc xoá diễn ra ngay lập tức và không thể hoàn tác:

• Toàn bộ kết quả luyện tập, bài thi, trò chơi, danh hiệu, tên hiển thị, bài đã mở khoá và credit còn lại đều bị xoá; mọi phiên đăng nhập bị đăng xuất.
• Chỉ giữ lại biên nhận của các lần mua credit đã thanh toán (mã đơn, số tiền, thời gian) để đối soát với ngân hàng, không kèm email của bạn.
• Nếu sau này bạn đăng nhập lại bằng cùng tài khoản Google, app tạo một tài khoản mới, trống.

Bạn cũng có thể gỡ quyền của app tại myaccount.google.com/permissions. Nếu không đăng nhập được nữa, hãy liên hệ người quản lý app qua email hỗ trợ hiện trên màn hình đăng nhập Google để được xoá giúp.

You can delete your account yourself at any time, inside the app: click your name at the bottom of the left sidebar → Delete account, then type your email to confirm. It takes effect at once and cannot be undone: all practice results, exams, game results, titles, display name, @username, unlocked lessons and remaining credits are deleted and every session is signed out. Only receipts of paid credit purchases (order code, amount, time) are kept for bank reconciliation, without your email. Signing in again later with the same Google account starts a new, empty account. You can also remove the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or, if you can no longer sign in, ask the app's administrator at the support email shown on the Google sign-in screen.
